Come Out and Join Us!

Hello Kings & Queens Families!

Kings & Queens Childcare Center will host its first annual neighborhood appreciation Ice Cream Social. Dated is to be determined: Summer 2024.

The Ice Cream Social gives us a chance to mingle and celebrate 25 years of advocacy efforts and childcare services provided to children and families in the metropolitan area.  Let’s make this a great opportunity for networking, meeting community members and other local childcare facilities.  Also, the hosts Kings & Queens Childcare staff and volunteers will be there to greet you.

Volunteers are needed from local home childcare facilities to help set up, scoop, serve and clean up.

Donations are welcome!

Details and location for the event and volunteering training will follow. In the meantime, please call (202) 360-2409 to sign-up or if you would like to help or make a donation.  Please note all volunteers must be an employee of a local family child development home.
